The method of releasing breastplates

The method will release body memories gently through movements of opening, stretching and harmonization.

During a cycle of 4 to 12 sessions depending on your preference, we will explore each part of the body through a series of movements.

A session lasts 1h to 1h15, I guide you for 45 minutes in a series of surprising, gentle, very effective movements to bring you to relax body and mind. At the end of the session, we discuss your feelings and, as the sessions progress, what seems to be moving in you. You share what you want to share.

After a few sessions you will better perceive the energy circulating in your body, you will feel present and serene, deeply relaxed.
